ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:
REBECCA FISHMAN LIPSEY
Rebecca Fishman Lipsey is CEO of Radical Partners, a social-impact accelerator that coaches outstanding organizations to grow their impact. She is the youngest person appointed to the Florida Board of Education, serving a 4-year term alongside six other statewide leaders overseeing educational policy from kindergarten though college. Rebecca was named "Best Non-Profit Executive" by The International Stevie Award for Women in Business, "Best Role Model" by Miami Today, and "20 Under 40" by The Miami Herald". Before launching Radical Partners, Rebecca served as Executive Director of Teach For America in Miami.
In addition to her work on the Board of Education and with Radical Partners, Rebecca sits on a variety of boards, including EcoTech Visions, Health Information Project, and Overtown Music Project, and she blogs for The Huffington Post. She was the valedictorian of her graduating class at the University of Pennsylvania, and has a Masters in Education from Bank Street College of Education. Rebecca lives in Aventura with her husband and two young boys.
Gaby is a Miami-Based Social Media Marketing and Branding Expert. She created The Jupiter Circle to help entrepreneurs and organizations develop an authentic voice and understand the online communities they are part of. She develops exciting and results-oriented social media strategies.
Gaby's experience spans across industries in digital advertising agencies as a Strategist and Social Media Director in New York City and Miami. She has managed social media strategies for brands including: General Mills, Tiffany & Co., the Miami-Dade Democratic party and Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
Gaby's experience also includes Management Consulting and she has a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Penn State University. She sits on the board of the Social Media Club of South Florida and the New Leaders Council in Miami. Her speaking experience includes: South by Southwest Interactive and Voto Latino Power Summit. Gaby was raised in Dominican Republic and lives in Miami with her son, Matias.
