Who we’re looking for:

  • Miami-evangelist. • Incredible interpersonal skills. You have the ability to work seamlessly with diverse partners with warmth and professionalism. You make everyone feel valued whether they’re the CEO or the cleaning staff. You can hold your own at the table whether it’s with kindergarteners or mayors.

  • Insane organizational skills. You love making order out of chaos, managing a million moving pieces, and sweating the details. You aren’t just organized…you’re able to predict chaos and prevent it, and you find joy in operational and project management work.

  • Hustle. You thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced work space where your work matters every day. You self-motivate and treat each task like it matters, whether you’re presenting to a commissioner or sharpening a basket of pencils.

  • Solution orientation. You are impact driven and want to know, without a doubt, that our work contributes powerfully to our community. You love learning, are thirsty for feedback, and have a sense of humor.

  • Highly flexible. You understand that roles and responsibilities evolve when working for a growing organization and are excited to grow and take on new challenges and responsibilities over time.

  • High-quality deliverables. Your writing skills are top notch and you know both how to and when to write for different audiences. You have an eye for perfection and the drive to always execute your best work. On the flip side, you’re willing to take risks, comfortable failing publicly, and you have good judgment about when you should cut your losses and move on.
