This leader will help us to scale our leadership development projects, engage locals in addressing issues that matter to the future of the city, and take part in general foolery and trouble-making :)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strengthen and expand Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, Leadership Lab and our other leadership development programming.
Support the Director of Leadership Development in logistical planning and execution of the programs. Specific responsibilities may include leading or assisting with:
coordination between cohorts, coaches and external partners to ensure the leadership development programs run smoothly;
development of engaging, attractive communications materials (including social media, impact reports, website updates);
development of content supports such as powerpoints/decks, handouts, workbooks for the bootcamp workshops and labs; and,
managing the application and selection process for our leadership programs.
Support a variety of our Massive Community Engagements.
Work with our team, specifically our Director of Policy and Impact, in prioritizing issues that matter to the future of our region.
Assist in executing a variety of high-impact community engagement experience that will elevate issues of critical importance, generate solutions, and lead to progress. Specific responsibilities may include leading or assisting with:
event organization and facilitation;
development of communications materials (including social media); and,
coordination with community organization and elected and community leaders.
Write powerful, well-researched content that helps the larger community engage with purpose and enthusiasm.
Strengthen the organization as a whole. Support team members to execute massive initiatives and find constant ways to improve the collective.

Hustle. You thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced work space where your work matters every day. You self-motivate and treat each task like it matters, whether you’re presenting to a commissioner or sharpening a basket of pencils.
