A $1,000,000 investment iN MIAMI'S MUSIC LEADERS

We envision a Miami in which a collaborative group of leaders and organizations come together to ensure all youth have access to the benefits of music education.

Impact at this scale will require a thriving ecosystem of organizations and partners that can work together toward transformational results. There are more than 80 distinct organizations focused on creating music access in Miami, and we're investing in their collective power to expand and strengthen music programming throughout our County.

In 2019, thanks to the generosity of the music enthusiast and philanthropist Daniel Lewis, we are investing a total of $1,000,000 in Miami's music-access leaders through a one-year experimental fellowship focused on collective impact. Each collaboration received between $50,000 and $150,000 to support the initial phase of their pilot collaboration.

What is unique about this Fellowship is that it isn’t just about investing in individual leaders; it’s about building a stronger collective of leaders and organizations who work together toward a common goal. We're excited to facilitate collaborations, synergies, and partnerships that ultimately lead toward a bold and united regional vision for impact
