Ana ManticaAna worked alongside our founder, Rebecca Fishman Lipsey, as she was cooking up the idea for Radical Partners. As Radical Partners’ first intern, while completing her Master's in Community and Social Change at the University of Miami, she curated stories for newsletters and partnered with local nonprofit, HIP, on their annual student celebration. Ana and RFL collaborated on ways to elevate social impact entrepreneurs through the first RP boot camp, strategized on how to help organizations evaluate their efforts, and incubated larger scale opportunities for community involvement, which turned into 100 Great Ideas.

Anna KaterAs the Manager of Consulting, Anna helped social impact organizations grow and scale their operations during Radical Partners’ earliest stages as an organization. In 2016, she relocated to Chicago where she leads as Associate Principal at the Civic Consulting Alliance.

Arohi BhattAs our Civic Impact Fellow in 2018, Arohi supported in grant writing, researched around implementing new project ideas, and designed online materials. Currently, she is working on her MBA as a Consortium and Forte Fellow at UC Berkeley.

Claudia AkelInstrumental in the early stages of Radical Partners, Claudia supported entrepreneurs and built up our leadership development arm. She is now the Founder and CEO of Social Impact Movement, where she connects Miami leaders, enterprises, citizens, and government to the Sustainable Development Goals.

David BarbierAs a high school intern in 2018, David supported our team in completing designed materials for leadership development programs and gaining an overview of our organization’s impact. For almost two years, David has been working at Syracuse University, scaling his work to be a Multicultural Learning Community Resident Advisor.

Karina Ortega

As Operations Manager, Karina supported many backstage processes that strengthened Radical Partners. She aligned the internal finances and delivered organizational structure and support to different projects, leading with a clear view of what was needed. Karina also strengthened Alumni and other RP networks. She accelerated her career by becoming an Administrative Specialist at the University of Tennessee.

 
Katherine LeivaShe came to us as a LEE Fellow and rapidly grew into becoming our Leadership Innovation Senior Manager. She created, curated, and facilitated great content to take all our rad leaders to the next level. Today, she’s proudly Chief of Staff for Luisa Santos, School Board Member and a rad alumni too.

Sarah EmmonsFrom 2016 to 2019, Sarah was the Managing Director of Radical Partners. She developed and implemented social change initiatives, which included large-scale community engagements (100 Great Ideas and VoteMiami) as well as entrepreneurship training programs (Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, Leadership Lab, the 100 Great Ideas Incubator). In November 2019, Sarah had the opportunity to become the Executive Director of Achieve Miami, focusing her work in delivering high-quality learning opportunities for students throughout Miami-Dade.

As our first ever Communications Associate, Torrey brought brilliance and energy to our processes around social media and communications strategies. She also rallied organizations to invest in Disability Accessibility and Inclusion and engaged locals

In the Spring of 2022, Torrey accelerated her career and became Speechwriter for Mayor Daniella Levine Cava's Office.
