In 2018 we worked in conjunction with Mr. Lewis to launch the Music Access Fellowship, a unique $1,000,000 fellowship focused on strengthening the entire music education ecosystem in the region. We continue to be inspired by his significant impact on Miami through his investment in musical arts.
American Express is the generous sponsor of our signature program, Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and our latest Strategic Planning Summit. Their commitment to leadership development and emerging leaders is paramount, and with their support, we have grown this annual accelerator program which selects, trains, and provides ongoing support to our region’s most outstanding social innovators. They continue to provide opportunities to engage with their employees through their volunteer programs, offering Radical Partners mentorship to sustain and scale our impact.
JPMorgan Chase & Co has invested in two of our most beloved programs, 100 Great Ideas and Leadership Lab, both of which strengthen communities from within and elevate solutions and leaders that make the greatest impact.
They also selected Radical Partners into their Force For Good program, where members of their talented team helped design a website/app for Radical Partners to use to scale our 100 Great Ideas initiative. JPMorgan Chase & Co have been strategic thought partners since 2017 and have helped us design and scale our community efforts.They have been incredible advisors, introducers, and champions in South Florida and across the region.
As an early supporter of our Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, The Knight Foundation enabled us to provide scholarships that ensured the program was inclusive and accessible to all.
Knight Foundation has been a catalytic force in strengthening the entire innovation ecosystem in Miami, and we view them not only as a key partner in our own work, but as a force for good that has enabled many of our most important partners to grow their impact as well. Our region is indelibly stronger because of their dedication to social impact and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in South Florida.
Akerman has supported us from our earliest stages, when we grew our own organization in a shared office space with them as part of their AkermanIN and AkermanX initiatives. For five years, Akerman provided pro-bono health checks to the participants in our accelerator, which helps ensure that the diverse participants in our programs get expert answers to their most pressing legal questions.
We are honored to have been selected as a Citi Foundation #Progressmaker in partnership with The Miami Foundation in 2018. This designation came with a generous investment from Citi Foundation to build resources to strengthen the entire nonprofit ecosystem in Miami through the creation of our Strategic Planning Summit curriculum.
The Citi Foundation Progressmakers initiative included a national fellowship with Progressmakers from across the nation, which brought us an incredible family of collaborative thought partners and coaching and support from Urban Institute among other resources. The fellowship and investment from Citi Foundation were transformational for our work.
The Miami Foundation has been a foundational mentor and supporter of Radical Partners since our inception. Our founder Rebecca Fishman Lipsey designed Radical Partners while a part of the Miami Fellows Program and we house our nonprofit funds at The Miami Foundation.
They have supported, collaborated, and partnered with us on virtually every initiative we have ever launched, fromSocial Entrepreneurship Bootcamp to100 Great Ideas, 10 Days of Connection and our most recent Strategic Planning Summit.
General Motors invests in the success of our Leadership Lab program which empowers local changemakers in strengthening their communities from within. They effect positive change in our region by empowering community development leaders and initiatives moving the needle towards a more livable, sustainable, and prosperous future.
The Roblee Foundation is committed to promoting equity in areas of race/ethnicity and gender, and has been a key thought partner and supporter of our Leadership Lab program from its evolution into a leadership development and training program for BIPOC leaders by BIPOC leaders. We’ve always admired their hands-on approach and flexibility to adapt to their communities’ needs, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Target and their commitment to investing in resilience in Miami has played a key role in bringing many of our projects to life in 2019. We are so grateful for their support in elevating the voices and ideas of South Floridians in the fight for climate justice through the 100 Great Ideas and we are so elated to have worked together to invest in local leaders through Leadership Lab and Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp.
OUR BOLD AND VISIONARY PARTNERS
We are honored to be a part of the Gucci Changemakers community championing important social and economic issues and creating lasting change as one of the nation’s 15 Impact Fund Grantees in 2021. Since its launch in 2019, Gucci Changemakers Scholarship Program and Impact Fund have invested over $2 million in multi-year grant funding to organizations and students working to promote social good in diverse communities throughout North America.
Health Foundation of South Florida is a catalyst for collaborations, policy, and systems change. Thanks to their support of Leadership Lab and their focus on holistic health for vulnerable populations, we have incorporated meaningful wellness training and sustainable practices into our programming, transforming our neighborhood heroes’ experience and investing in their long-term leadership.
We joined forces with Microsoft for our 100 Great Ideas Incubator, where they offered tech advisement to elevate the reach and impact of candidates’ innovative solutions to our region’s climate and sustainability issues, offered seed funding to initiatives/sponsored the participation of select participants.
NBC has been a critical partner throughout our 100 Great Ideas campaigns and invested in our 100 Great Ideas Incubator, which empowered changemakers from diverse communities in South Florida to implement locally sourced innovative solutions in order to tackle our region’s most pressing challenges.

The Carrie Meek Foundation invests in systems-level efforts that ensure equitable health, housing, education, and economic opportunities for people in marginalized and underserved communities. Thanks to their support, we have offered scholarships to participants of Leadership Lab and Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and have leveraged their expertise and deep knowledge of South Florida to strengthen these programs.
Peacock Foundation has invested meaningfully in our regions leaders through our Leadership Lab program and our community workshops open to our wider community of changemakers. Their vision and support has allowed us to, invest in grassroots leaders and their organizations so we can ensure that diverse communities can access the resources they need to create positive transformational change in our region.
Our 10 Days of Connection Co-founders and Partners
In order to combat divisiveness and build a more inclusive, connected region, we are proud to lead the 10 Days of Connection alongside an incredible group of social impact organizations. This initiative was co-founded in 2016 by The Children’s Trust, MCCJ, Miami Herald, The Miami Foundation, United Way, and Radical Partners. In 2017, Cori Flam Meltzer brought the initiative to Broward County, and the leadership team has grown to include Achieve Miami, University of Miami, Greater Miami Jewish Federation, Broward Board of Rabbis, CFM Mediation, Children’s Services Council, Community Foundation of Broward, Jewish Federation of Broward County, and Key Biscayne Community Foundation.
This initiative also engages a robust host committee of more than 200 collaborators every year. We owe it all to them.
