Executive Coaching for Mid-level Woman Leaders

Miami Connected

In 2021 and 2022, we lended our programmatic support to accelerate change with Miami Connected. This initiative, led by The Miami Foundation, aims to make Greater Miami the most technologically inclusive and equitable community in the nation by bridging the digital divide and providing educational and economic opportunities for all. Our team designed promotional materials, created communication campaigns, coordinated events, conducted research, and supported operations and logistics.

Young Musicians Unite (2022)

We planned, designed, and executed team and skill building activities for YMU's Staff Orientation Day.

Global Ties Miami Workshop (2022)

We delivered a workshop all about building powerful + inclusive coalitions.

TRANSSOCIAL (2021)

We created and curated an outline for a professional development program tailored to young and trans professionals.

NCJW Workshop (2020)

Delivered a 3-hour workshop on goal setting and skill development for 10-15 Jewish female leaders.

The Principal Leadership Academy (2019)

We developed a Comparative Analysis to better know and understand existing offerings, and identify the gaps that need to be filled with a complementary professional development program.

Strategic Coaching to Launch Long-term Funded Projects and Local Initiatives

Center for International Trade Development | GED Program (2022)

We worked on Program Development and Data Compilation, Communications Strategy, Contacts Database, and Matches, and Facilitation and Impact Measurement.

Music Access Miami (2021-2022)

In 2021 and 2022, we are offering professional development experience for Music Access grant recipients. They will receive one on one coaching, tailored workshops, networking, and connection events throughout the experience.

CIC Miami (2021)

We delivered our first one-on-one Strategic Planning Summit to our partners at CIC Miami. Through 5 strategic workshops, organizational coaching, and one-on-one professional development sessions with their leadership team, we determined together how their organization would strategically move forward.

Consulate General of the Netherlands in Miami (2020)

Taking the Consulate’s big, bold collaborative idea to action in 2020, we co-designed and facilitated a series of three virtual dialogues with social innovation professionals across the world, connecting the Netherlands, LATAM, and Miami, and fostering long-lasting relationships between them.

Futbol con Corazon (2019)

Back in 2019, when wanting to expand their community work to the USA, we mapped out who was doing what here for them to better identify where to go, who to work with, and what lives to impact. Today, Futbol con Corazon is installed in Florida and we’re proud to call them our friends and partners in impact.

D’HUB

In a South Florida community that is so rapidly changing, we want to ensure our students are prepared to take on the challenges of an ever-changing world, a job market that has yet to be created, and a democracy that is being tested. In order to make change a reality, we are hard at work to establish and sustain:

D'Hub will be the first Community Hub of its kind, offering a welcoming and accessible collaboration space for students, educators, and community-based organizations in South Dade.

District 9 Student Fellowship is an opportunity for students to use their voices and lived experiences to be change-makers in the education system while developing professionally.

GET Champions

From 2022 through 2023, we partnered with the Miami GET Cities team to structure and implement their inaugural Miami Cohort of GET Champions, an impactful initiative to guide forward-thinking Miami tech leaders seeking to hire and retain women, trans, and nonbinary employees in their startups, mid-sized companies, or large corporations. We designed, recruited, executed, and evaluated this 6-month program to ensure that leaders gained capacity in creating welcoming workplaces, collaborated among a community of like-minded leaders, accessed local diverse tech talent, and shared about reaching their diversity goals during a divisive period in Florida’s political climate.

Give Miami Day Mission Control Center

During the Give Miami Day season, we have and continue to partner with The Miami Foundation and Miami-Dade College to curate the Give Miami Day Mission Control Center. This annual day-long event brings together The Miami Foundation team and nonprofits across the county together in-person for wellness activities, celebration, guest speakers, and more as they fundraise towards their goals.

SMASHing Housing Injustice Week (2021)

Together with SMASH Miami, we project planned, coordinated guest speakers, and facilitated conversations for SMASHing Housing Injustice Week 2021. This week-long series of interactive virtual conversations hosted on Facebook Live engaged in a variety of housing-related topics and aimed to bring awareness around housing injustice and mobilize resources in Miami-Dade.

Miami-Dade Counts (2020)

Back in 2020, we supported our friends at The Miami Foundation as implementing partners for the Miami-Dade Counts initiative. We created and developed their brand and website, and co-managed their communication to make it accessible to all.

The Governance Project (2017)

We incubated The Governance Project, a place for independent political leaders to collide and collaborate on shaping the U.S. agenda forward with no political colors. We co-shaped the idea, branded it, and incubated it until our client was ready to launch and move it forward.

School board District 9 Fellow Stipend Partnership

We leveraged our nonpartisan hybrid structure as a fiscally sponsored nonprofit and business to facilitate fundraising for a local School Board District to invest in their fellows and a workspace for student support organizations to convene, collaborate, and implement programs in an area with otherwise limited resources and spaces for organizations and students to thrive.

The Miami Foundation’s Community Grants Program Capacity Building

For the 2023 Community Grants Program Funding Cycle, we supported The Miami Foundation’s Community Engagement team by investing in the capacity of nonprofits to draft and submit high-impact applications that could fund their organization’s mission. Through one virtual workshop and tailored Office Hours, nonprofit organization leaders, team members, and grantwriters accessed support in shifting mindsets around applying for mission-focused funding versus programmatic funding and gained best practices in identifying, planning, and executing successful grants.

Give Miami Day Capacity
& Community Building

In partnership with The Miami Foundation, we continue to generate opportunities for nonprofits to invest in the sustainability and success of their own fundraising and network-building skills and strategies. Through a strategic blend of capacity building opportunities, in-person community building engagements, and accessible supporting videos and documents, nonprofit leaders and their teams feel supported and gain access to skills and strategies to keep participating and benefiting from Give Miami Day.

Give Miami Day Mission Control (2021)

We curated the fifth annual Give Miami Day Mission Control in partnership with The Miami Foundation and CIC Miami. The event brought The Miami Foundation team and nonprofits who joined virtually all-day wellness activities, celebration, guest speakers, and more as they fundraised towards their goals.

Equality Can’t Wait Challenge (2020)

In 2020, we rallied and coordinated a group of female leaders in Miami-Dade to prepare and pitch a proposal to the Equality Can’t Wait Campaign for us to get a $10,000,000 investment to empower black and brown women in town.

The Children’s Voice Choir

We took on the role of a strategic partner to the Children’s Voice Chorus in designing, planning, and guiding the Executive Director in facilitating an empowering experience for their team, providing each member with supportive resources and team connections to nurture their growth and ownership of culture within the organization.
