In partnership with JP Morgan Chase & Co, we're ready to supercharge a few incredible organizations.

We are scouting for outstanding leaders tackling some of the most important issues of our time: poverty alleviation, economic stability, and community development. We will select the leaders of five organizations to join us for our inaugural Leadership Lab - a program focused on building powerful leadership teams to strengthen organizational operations and impact. Each leader will invite a co-pilot of their choice - a board or staff member - that will join them for the journey. The Leadership Lab will consist of three half-day labs, individualized coaching sessions, resources and a network of support. Full Scholarships are available for the Leadership Lab thanks to the generous support JP Morgan & Chase.

Our inaugural cohort has been selected for 2017!

WHY WE'RE DOING THIS.

We believe in the power of great leadership teams. CEOs rarely have the space to strategize and develop professionally in partnership with their most important allies: their board members and senior staff. Because we are obsessed with sustainability and impact, we are building a space to share some of our best workshops, resources, and coaching with leadership duos. In partnership with JPMorgan Chase & Co, we’re excited to identify great leadership teams and help them supercharge their impact.

Priority will be given to applicant organizations that also fit one or more of the following criteria:

We're looking for teams of applicants who are willing to think about their work differently - who are willing to have difficult conversations, take risks and shake things up in the name of expanded impact. We're not looking for "perfect" applicants; rather, we're looking for organizations who can both demonstrate past successes AND reflect honestly about pain points in the name of strengthening the leadership team.
