A visionary leader and ecosystem builder, Joan leads Radical Partners as CEO, driving strategies that invest in leaders, strengthen organizations, and mobilize communities. With 20+ years of global experience across five countries, she brings expertise in coalition building, leadership development, and systems change.

Andreina leads the organization's strategy and culture, ensuring our values and methodology are translated into how we design, deliver, and scale our work. A multilingual, intercultural leader, she brings expertise in human-centered design, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership.

Toia specializes in coalition building, system mapping, and ecosystem dynamics to help coalitions move from insight to coordinated action. Previously, she led GET Cities Miami to advance representation in tech and served as Executive Director of the Cadena Foundation.

Luisana leads key initiatives like 10 Days of Connection and our capacity strengthening strategies, translating bold ideas into high-impact execution and evaluation. Born in Venezuela, she has worked with social entrepreneurship programs and community development projects in Miami and Latin America.

Itzá leads growth at Radical Partners, bringing 14 years of combined professional and volunteer experience in the nonprofit sector. As Senior Manager of Growth, she oversees financial management, administration, compliance, communications, and part of the fundraising efforts. She is passionate about building strong systems, fostering collaboration, and creating the structures that enable people and organizations to thrive.

Mailynn Lam brings people, logistics, and ideas together to create thoughtful, well-executed experiences through her role of coordinating projects. She combines an eye for detail with a people-centered approach, ensuring projects run smoothly while fostering connection and collaboration. A Miami native and proud Vietnamese-American, Mai has supported community engagement through organizations including Engage Miami, The Underline, and the Afghan Education for Students Organization Program (AESOP). She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, volunteering, meeting new people, and never misses the chance to say hello to a cat.
