OUR FOUNDER
Rebecca founded Radical Partners to accelerate social impact innovation in South Florida. A social innovator and former policymaker, Rebecca currently serves as the President and CEO of the The Miami Foundation, a $350MM community foundation focused on building a stronger, more equitable Greater Miami. Since her recent appointment, she has mobilized philanthropists, businesses and local leaders to invest in collaborative, cross-sector efforts to respond to the impacts of the COVID–19 pandemic and support the long-term recovery of our region.
An advocate for educational equity, Rebecca has served a 4-year term on the Florida Board of Education, and is the former Executive Director of Teach For America in Miami. She has a Masters in Education, serves as a personal assistant to two young boys, and has admittedly horrible taste in movies.
We are proud to be following her thoughtful leadership footsteps and honored to now call her a partner, a mentor, and a friend.
