Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp
We developed a program to support social entrepreneurs with shared needs, helping them strengthen their organizations and community impact through intensive experience, tools, feedback, and coaching.
Leadership Lab | Neighborhood Heroes
We equipped BIPOC grassroots leaders with skills, strategies, peer connection, coaching, and wellness practices through a hands-on leadership program to address the real risk of burnout in under-resourced communities.
100 Great Ideas Incubator
We launched a follow-on incubator supporting community leaders with funding, coaching, and workshops to develop and implement their ideas from early concept to real-world execution.
Music Access Fellowship
We brought together music organizations to align around a shared vision and expand access to music education across Miami. Now evolved into Arts Access Miami, powered by Young Musicians Unite and The Miami Foundation.
